Anne-Marie Clysdale is an independent Management Consultant specializing in Customer Relationship Management. After beginning her career in the Sales and Service organization at Canada post Corporation, she opened her own consulting practise and has now been in business for over ten years. Working with various clients both in Canada and the United States, Anne-Marie focuses on business process identification and analysis, requirements definition, system implementation, and developing and delivering specialized process training. Anne-Marie enjoys traveling and in addition to the United States has spent time in the UK, Spain, France, Italy, Switzerland, Australia and New Zealand.
